She has handled all manner of construction related issues, from the project tender stage through the entire life cycle of a project to the dispute resolution stage, in both international arbitration and local litigation forums.
Victoria has significant experience advising clients on large scale complex international commercial disputes between multiple parties and enjoys the breadth of opportunities – and challenges – that working on and managing international construction disputes presents. She has worked with Mat Heywood for a number of years on disputes on construction and infrastructure projects in the UAE, Qatar and Oman.
